Provincial Teacher Training College Kampong Chhnang

Provincial Teacher Training College Kampong Chhnang is an institution for training primary school teachers, which began operating on April 16, 1980.

The school was previously under the management of the Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport and was located within the campus of Preah Bat Samdech Suramarit High School, where the administrative office of that high school is also situated in Kampong Chhnang Province.

In 2020, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport carried out a reform, placing the Teacher Training and Pedagogical School under the direct management of the Ministry, according to Proclamation No. 3210 MoEYS dated December 30, 2020, regarding the transfer of management of educational staff of the Kampong Chhnang Teacher Training and Pedagogical School and its practice school, while maintaining their positions and roles.

At present, the Kampong Chhnang Teacher Training School is located in Srae Pring Village, Sangkat Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Chhnang City, Kampong Chhnang Province. It lies along National Road No. 5, approximately 2 kilometers south of the Independence Monument in Kampong Chhnang Province.
